A leading trainer, facilitator and inspirational speaker, Saadi is passionate about helping organisations unleash the untapped potential of their most valuable resource - their people. Since 2001, Saadi has trained thousands of employees from leading national and multinational organisations through his acclaimed public and in-house workshops. Saadi holds an MBA and a Gold Medal from the Institute of Business Administration - Pakistan's premier business school. After a fourteen year career spanning three different industries, Saadi left his last job as Training Manager at MCB Bank to work as an independent training consultant. A seasoned professional, Ayesha has served at two of Pakistan's leading financial institutions - MCB and HBL as Credit Analyst Country Commercial and Head of Credit Hub respectively. In addition to being the youngest departmental head in both organisations, she was also a spokesperson for HBL in dealing with SBP and other government bodies.

Mr. Khurram's core areas of practice are: developing and implementing operational strategies; policies and processes; innovation and facilitation in organisations; developing programs for leadership; development & retention of talent, and employee engagement.

M. K. Saleem has convened Import & Export Documentation training programmes at the Multan Chamber of Commerce, refresher programmes at Multan Textile Mills and a Marketing & Packaging training programme for Blue Pottery, and was a regular Visiting Lecturer for the Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management in Multan between 1999 and 2004.

Talha Saeed

Mr. Talha Saeed brings with him 23 years of experience and has held a number of high-level positions at NDFC, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Union Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. He joined Silk Bank Limited in May 2008 as Country Head of Consumer Banking and Small and Medium Enterprises. Currently he is the Group Head of Retail Banking. He manages Branch Banking, SME and Consumer Business for the bank.

He started his career with NDFC in 1987, and then moved to ANZ Grindlays Bank in 1989. His last assignment at ANZ Grindlays was Area Manager. He joined Union Bank Ltd. in 2000 as Regional Head - Retail Banking and was elevated to the position of Country Head SME in May 2003. His last assignment at Standard Chartered Bank was General Manager SME and Member of Management Committee.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Bankers in Pakistan, and is on the panel of the National Institute of Banking and Finance / State Bank of Pakistan as a trainer for SME. He is also the International Finance Corporation's certified trainer for the SME Sector. During his stay in various banks, Mr.Talha has conducted many training programmes on sales and services, and has a Masters in Economics from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
