Developing the skills to identify stakeholders within organisational change to manage and communicate with all stakeholders in an effective manner

Assessing the risks

Developing the skills to evaluate the potential risks in the change taking place and be able to manage and address these risks

Managing conflict and resistance

Understanding the reasons for resistance to change and identifying effective techniques to mange resistance and change negative attitudes into positive ones

Planning for change

Techniques for planning change to ensure all aspects are addressed and change takes places in a manner which best suits the business environment to achieve success

Identifying the best methods for communicating change to ensure understanding and gain staff buy in
